National Park & Recreation Month continues! A familiar face to anyone that frequents the Kettering Recreation Complex and Rosewood Arts Centre, Nancy Lynn Boss has been teaching various fitness and dance classes for over 40 years. Before joining the Kettering Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts team, Nancy studied dance with Jorg Fastings from the Columbus Ballet Company and at Ballet Arts in New York City. She is also ACE certified in Group Exercise. “I like working in Parks and Rec because we are family oriented; we know our community and can share so much with them!” she said. Nancy is going strong this summer and fall as she plans for classes and activities and looks forward to seeing her students. “I have taught the children and now grandchildren of some of my students – when I am out and about at a store or restaurant I often hear “Miss Nancy!” She is a star in Kettering, and the best part: “I love interacting with the community!”
