Enjoy creative, hands-on art activities this spring at Art on the Playground, an award-winning, interactive art festival for kids of all ages. The event is free and all are welcome! This year’s theme is Jurassic Park – all dinosaur lovers are most welcome!
The event will take place as scheduled, inside the Habitat Environmental Center, due to inclement weather.
Participants can expect fun dinosaur-themed activities. The Southdale Elementary ORFF Orchestra will be performing in the Southdale Gymnasium at 11 a.m. Attendance is free for both the performance and the festival!
Rosewood Art Center’s Artist-in-Residence Delora Buford-Buchanan will be debuting her large-scale T-Rex sculpture, made entirely from recycled and unconventional materials.
Art on the Playground is organized by Rosewood Arts Center and hosted at the Habitat Environmental Center with support from LeafFilter Gutter Protection and the Ohio Arts Council.
