The Kettering Recreation Complex and Kettering Fitness & Wellness Center offer personal training. Our trainers will work one-on-one with you for maximum results, variety and on-going feedback. First, the trainers will consult with you about your fitness goals, exercise preferences and any time constraints. Next, they'll design a fun and challenging training program that's tailored just for you! Optimum fitness results are obtained through sound, consistent training that is both progressive and varied. Personal Fitness Guidance
Intimidated by the idea of working with a personal trainer? Not sure it's for you? Personal Fitness Guidance is great introduction to personal training! This program includes an initial consultation and program development, as well as two one-hour personal training sessions.

Group Personal Training (two to three people)
Our group training offers the benefits of personal training with a group dynamic and a wallet-friendly fee structure. In addition to a certified trainer, group personal training offers a great way to get fit with friends and hold each other accountable.
