The City of Kettering’s Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department recently earned a third place Ohio Parks and Recreation Association (OPRA) Award of Excellence in the Recreation Programs category! Rosewood Art Center’s Printmaking for All program was recognized among innovative programs from parks and recreation departments across the state.
Printmaking for All offers free workshops where participants of all ages and abilities can explore various printmaking techniques in welcoming, hands-on sessions. The program was recognized for removing financial and accessibility barriers to arts education, creating an inclusive environment where everyone can discover their creativity. This award reflects Kettering’s commitment to providing exceptional cultural arts opportunities that serve the entire community.
Winners will be formally honored at the OPRA Conference on Feb. 3, 2026 in Sandusky.
