Online registration – updates coming soon!

Online registration has proved a big challenge for many of our patrons. Your calls and social media comments didn’t go unheard. Starting September 11, 2017, we’ll be launching a three-day update process to our registration system. The system will be down from September 11 – 13. And remember – our registration site is separate from (although you can easily navigate to it through that page)!

Here’s a quick list of what’s to come:

  • Better login process – if you’re creating a new account, you can use your email address rather than searching for your Household ID number
  • Forgotten passwords can be sent automatically, not just emailed by a staff member
  • Search tab is more dynamic, with shortcuts to highly used search results
  • We’ve added quicklinks for program types
  • The site is mobile friendly
  • You can search by ages, dates, days and more to help you find what works for your family

But wait, there’s more! Here are some other helpful things you can do on our registration site – both the current and updated versions have this functionality. Just login and look to the right-hand side of your screen:

  • Change your login information (username and password)
  • Complete program evaluations
  • Print a calendar of all your household’s enrollments
  • View pass history and run reports; for example, reports on fitness passes required by your health insurance
  • Print Childcare Tax Statements for camp enrollments
  • View your transaction history and check the status of any refunds
  • Update your electronic payment method
  • Pay a balance using EFT (electronic funds transfer)
  • Reprint a receipt
