Zoom Group Exercise

workout graphicIf you continue to join us virtually on ZOOM, thank you! We hope you have enjoyed working out with us from your home. If you have not joined us yet, now is a great time to start! We are offering another great lineup of classes with one of our certified instructors.

Don’t worry if you have never used ZOOM before - it’s easy. Simply download the ZOOM app on your phone or open the ZOOM link in a web browser. Click on “Join a Meeting” and type in the meeting ID and passcode (found below). There is no prior registration needed and all fitness levels are welcome.

Tips for a successful ZOOM exercise class

  1. Test your ZOOM app or web browser prior to class to make sure everything works properly
  2. Find a quiet area in your home to take the class, free of clutter and with plenty of space to spread out
  3. When you log in, make sure your sound is turned on so you can hear the instructor
  4. Be sure to mute your microphone so only the instructor can be heard
  5. Turn off your video for privacy so that others cannot see you
