Artist Studios
Rosewood Arts Center hosts seven private studio spaces for active artists. Studios are 196 square feet of private space with additional communal space and amenities available. Applications for private studios are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed by the Rosewood Studio Committee as studio spaces become available. Please note that studios have a low vacancy rate and are in high demand. The Studio Committee reviews criteria that include demonstration of an active and serious practice, a commitment to the Kettering community, and professionalism.
Expectations of Rosewood Private Studio Renters:
- Have an active and serious practice that is open to the community
- Renters insurance is required for the duration of the lease
- Prompt monthly payments, on the 1st of each month
- Participate in Rosewood events including A Rosewood Holiday
- Abide by Rosewood’s Private Studio License Agreement
- Please note: we are not accepting ceramics artists’ applications for our Private Studio Rentals at this time.
Studio spaces are $110/month for Kettering residents and $165/month for nonresidents. Proof of general liability insurance is required upon signing the Studio License Agreement.
